Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for our clients, ensuring that properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pressure washing services on various surfaces including parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, and building exteriors.
• Travel to various job sites across Central and South Texas, with occasional overnight stays.
• Ensure proper use of pressure washing equipment, maintaining its functionality and safety.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to complete jobs efficiently and without risk.
• Represent Facility Services Unlimited in a professional manner, always striving to exceed client expectations.
• Complete and submit required job documentation, such as time sheets and work orders.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pressure washing or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to travel to job sites across Central and South Texas.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
