Service Manager (Heavy Equipment)
South Florida Dealer is seeking an experienced Service Manager to work in our West Palm Beach branch General Line Service office.
The position will oversee the service department personnel, which includes office personnel, Foremen, and heavy equipment technicians.
This department is responsible for the repair and maintenance of heavy construction equipment..
Must also be able to work closely with the department personnel to help schedule shop and field personnel based on job priorities and to meet customer expectations and department objectives. Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers.
The applicant chosen should be well organized, an effective problem solver, and a team player.
Must be mechanically inclined. Past supervisory or management skills preferred. 2+ years of relevant CAT or any heavy equipment experience preferred.
Be a high school graduate. 2-year technical degree preferred. Provide leadership and direction as required to achieve the highest levels of safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability.
