Position Overview:

We are looking for a versatile Shop Technician with strong mechanical abilities to maintain and repair a variety of equipment and vehicles. This role will focus on servicing commercial pressure washers, surface cleaners, small engines, and diesel-powered equipment, as well as assisting with repairs on fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our fleet and equipment are in excellent working condition to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial pressure washers, surface cleaners, and other specialized equipment.
• Maintain and repair small engines and diesel-powered equipment used in field operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including managing inventory for tools, parts, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize repairs and ensure timely availability of equipment and vehicles.
• Conduct routine safety checks and inspections in compliance with company standards.
• Document maintenance and repairs to ensure accurate records are kept.

Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical experience with small engines, diesel engines, and commercial equipment.
• Experience working on commercial pressure washers and surface cleaners is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance and truck repairs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
